  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus £200 admin fee
  • Cancellations 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: No refund

  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates
  • We recommend comprehensive travel insurance
  • Itinerary may be adjusted due to local conditions

  • More than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus £150 administration fee
  • 60-90 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
  • 30-60 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Force Majeure: In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), alternative dates will be offered or full refund provided.
