1. Introduction By booking a flight with us, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your booking, payment, cancellations, changes, and any other aspects related to your travel arrangements. 2. Contract & Booking Confirmation A contract exists between you and us as soon as your payment is received and a booking confirmation is issued. Your booking confirmation will include details of your flight, ticket, and applicable terms. 3. Payment Terms- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other specified payment methods.
- In case of failed transactions or payment delays, your booking may be canceled.
- Once your payment is processed, an e-ticket will be issued and sent to your registered email address.
- It is your responsibility to check all details on the ticket, including passenger names, flight dates, and times.
- Any discrepancies should be reported immediately.
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline’s rules.
- Most airline tickets are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the airline’s terms and may take up to 6-8 weeks.
- A cancellation fee may apply, in addition to any charges imposed by the airline.
- Changes to the booking, including date, time, or passenger details, may be subject to airline policies and additional charges.
- Any modifications must be requested at least 72 hours before departure.

- It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
- We are not liable for any denied boarding due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
- We act as an intermediary between passengers and airlines and are not responsible for airline services, cancellations, or disruptions.
- Our liability is limited to processing bookings and providing support as per airline policies.
